Chicken Fillet Burger...

Ingredients:

Chicken Breast - 2 (cut into fillets)
Ginger & Garlic paste - 1 Tbsp
Salt - 1 Tsp
Black Pepper - 1 Tsp
Red Chilli powder - 1 Tsp
Soya Sauce - 2 Tbsp
Vinegar - 1 Tbsp

Mayonaise
Ketchup
Cabbage - chopped
Cheese Slices - Optional
Buns 4-5

For Batter:

Egg - 1
Corn Flour - 2 Tbsp
Flour(Maida) - 4 Tbsp
Bread Crumbs - for coating

Method:

Mix ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper, red chillie powder, soya sauce & vinegar in a bowl. Add chicken pieces and mix thoroughly and put it in the fridge for marination for 1 hour.

For batter, mix corn flour, maida and egg. Use little water for mixing and add a pinch of salt and black pepper. The paste should not be of watery consistency, it should be thick so that chicken pieces get coated.
After marination, coat the chicken fillets in the batter one by one and then in bread crumbs. When all the pieces are done put in fridge again for half an hour. You can also freeze the fillets at this stage, to use them later.

After half an hour, heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the fillets for 4-5 min (on one side and then the other side) on low to medium heat.

Now cut the buns in half and heat them. Put ketchup on one side and mayo on the other. Then put cabbage on the lower slice and put chicken fillet over it. Put a slice off cheese over it if you want to and then cover the burger with the other slice of bun and enjoy the Chicken Fillet Burger!!

Serve with French Fries.
