Halwa pori

1 cup atta
1 cup meda
2 tbsp yogurt
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp backing powder
1/2 salt
water. as required

1. Mix all and make fine dough.
2. cover it and keep it for 2 or 3 hours.
3. deep fry poori in WELL heated oil.
1 cup sooji
1 cup ghee/oil
1 cup sugar
4 cups water
dry fruit as desire
1.roast dry sooji in pan.( its turns in slightly light brown colour. u fel good smell of it )
2. add ghee/oil init, and let it soak into sooji.
3. add sugar and mix it well.
4. add water in it. (keepon stir spoon continusly in it).
when water become dry and oil/ghee become on the surface or halwa saparates from sides of pan, it means its ready to eat.
5. garnish it by dry fruit
