Mocha IceCream

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups chocolate wafer cookie crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
2/3 cup chocolate syrup
2 tablespoons instant coffee
1 teaspoon hot water
1 cup whipping cream, whipped

Method

In a small bowl, combine crumbs, sugar and margarine. In buttered
9" springform pan or 13x9" baking dish, pat crumbs firmly on bottom
and up sides of pan. Chill. In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese
until fluffy, add sweetened condensed milk and syrup. In small
bowl, dissolve coffee in hot water; add to milk. Mix well. Fold in
whipped cream. Pour into pan. Cover. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
Leftovers to freezer.

Ingredients:
Evaporated milk 1 tin
Condensed milk 1 tin
Egg whites 2
Fresh cream 600 gms
Coffee 1 tsp

Method:
1. Keep evaporated milk in freezer for 1 hour so that it is chilled.
2. Hard beat egg whites.
3. Hard beat fresh cream.
4. Beat evaporated milk untill it turns fluffy, add condensed milk and beat well.
5. Beat coffee with few drops of water and 1 tsp icing sugar.Mix well in evaporated milk mixture.
6.Keep in freezer for 16-18 hours in an air tight bowl.Don't freeze it more than 24 hours.

Mocca

Ingredients:
Evaporated milk 1 tin
Condensed milk 1 tin
Egg whites 2
Fresh cream 600 gms
Coffee 2 tsp
coco powder 1 tsp

Method:
1. Keep evaporated milk in freezer for 1 hour so that it is chilled.
2. Hard beat egg whites.
3. Hard beat fresh cream.
4. Beat evaporated milk untill it turns fluffy, add condensed milk and beat well.
5. Beat coffee with few drops of water and 1 tsp icing sugar.Also add coco powder after beating well.Mix well in evaporated milk mixture.

well.. try this too..


take 1/2 cup on mayonese..
add 1 Table spoon Lemon Juice
1/2 tea-spoon tobasco Sauce
and a pinch of chat masala..

mix the ingredients thoroughly.. and have it along with Salads.. or anything else,
