Egg - 1
Edible oil - 1 cup
Vinegar - 1 table spoon
Mustard Powder - 1/2 tea spoon
Pinch of sugar
Salt & Pepper to taste
(A Tea spoon each preferably)

Add all the ingredients except the cup of oil into a mixer and beat it untill it mixes thoroughly.

Once the liquid mix is ready, pour the cup of oil very very slowly in very thin proportions while the mixer is still running (through the small opening of the mixer lid)

You'll see that the the thin liquid mixture turns in to a white paste as you go on pouring the oil into the mixer jar slowly, and your mayonaise will be ready.

The process will remain the same always, though you can alter the proportion of the spices according to your taste preferences.
