Spicy Burgers



Serves: 2
Fibre 0.5g, protein 33g, fat 40g
Calories/serving: 498
per serving: 10
• 350g/12oz minced beef
• 6 drops Tabasco
• 1/2 teaspoons cumin
• 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
• 2 tablespoons butter
1. Mix all the ingredients together except the butter and shape into burgers.
2. Melt the butter in a frying pan and cook the burgers for 5 minutes on each side.
