Prep 10min cook 5min
1 tbsp vegetable oil
3cm knob ginger, finely grated
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 red chilli, finely chopped
3*125g packs large peeled, cooked prawns
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Juice 1 lime, plus lime wedges to serve
Heat the oil in a large wok or pan, add the ginger and asparagus and cook for 1 min, constantly tossing. Add the garlic, chilli and prawns, then mix well, cook for a further 5 min still tossing in the wok. Tip in the sesame oil, seeds and lime juice and serve at once, with lime wedges on the side.
