1 cup flour(urdu=maida)
1 cup sugar(grinded)
2 eggs
2 ounce coco powder
4 ounces oil/butter(melted)
0.5 tea spoon vanilla essence
1 pinch salt
1.5 tea spoon baking powder
3 tbsp milk
1.Mix flour and baking powder in a bowl and stir them with fork in one direction so tht both can mix well!
2.Now take another bowl and put sugar and butter in to it and mix well, when fully mixed, add eggs and vanilla essence too.
3.In a separate bowl mix cocoa powder with 2 tbsp oil so that a fine solution can be formed.
4.Now add this cocoa solution in to beated batter(eggs+sugar+butter)and add a pinch of salt.
5.if u r using egg beater or any steel equipment to beat the batter leave it at this point and use some wooden spoon or spatula because the mixture will turn hard when u add add flour into this batter alternating with milk and mix well.
6.Take a baking mould and grease it with oil(and if u want u can cut a paper in the shape of mould and place it on the surface so that brownies come out easily).Transfer the whole mixture in to the mould and place it in the oven on medium flame!
7.It will take around 25 mins to bake.(test if it is baked before taking it out by putting a knife in the centre of brownies and then taking it out immediately.if the brownies is baked then knife will come out clean if not then some of the batter will stick to it)
If u have some chocolate syrup then after putting the batter into the mould pour choc syrup on top and mix in circular motion with a fork to give marble effect...DONT mix completly!!It looks awesome.
You can also add chopped walnuts to the batter!
