Pizza Flavoured Omellate


Egg (Anda) 6 count
Olive oil (Zaetoon Ka Tayl) 2 tablespoon
Capsicum (Shimla Mirch) chopped 2 count
Green Chillies (Hari Mirch) 1 count
Milk (Doodh) 3 tablespoon
Cheese grated 1/2 cup
Pizza Sauce 1 teaspoon
Olives (Zaetoon) black (sliced) 8 count
Oregano Leaves 1/2 teaspoon
National Black Pepper Powder 1/2 teaspoon
National Iodized/Refined Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Onions (Pyaaz) medium sized (thinly sliced) 1 count
Oil (Tayl) 2 tablespoon


Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan. Add onion and capsicum and fry till they turn soft. Remove them from the pan. Mix eggs, milk, National Iodized/Refined Salt and National Black Pepper Powder and beat it vigorously for 2 minutes. Put the remaining oil in the pan and pour the egg mixture on it. Spread the mixture evenly on the pan base and semi cook the egg mixture. Remove the pan from heat and spread softened onions, capsicum, cheese, olives and pizza sauce. Sprinkle with oregano leaves. Bake the Omelette in a preheated oven till the cheese melts.
