Chicken Nihari

chicken 1/2 kg
ginger+garlic paste 2 tbsp
salt as per taste
red chilli powder 2 tbsp
coriander powder 1 tbsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
curd 1/2 cup
sonth powder 1 tsp
black pepper 1/2 tsp
saunf powder 1 tsp
white zeera powder 1/2 tsp

put some oil in a pan and then put ginger garlic paste.cook for 1-2 minutes then add chicken in it.cook for 5 minutes then add all spices and curd in it.cook until chicken is add enough water in it and cook make mixture of 4 tbsp meda with water and add in nihari so that it thickens.u can increase or decrease the quantitiy of meda as per ur make bhagar of 1 medium onion and put in nihari.
serve with finely chopped ginger, corriander leaves, lemon slices and green chillies
