coffee loaf
sponge fingers( cake rus)..half kg
cream 3 packs
sugar 5 tbsp
coffee 5 tsp
water one and a half cp
choclate biscuits one cup
choclate( jubilee optional) 6 big packs

Prepare a mixture of coffee, water and sugar.
Dip the fingers in it and place in a rectangle dish. other can also be used but a rectangular one is gud.
Over it place crushed biscuits.
Then cut bits of chocolate and spread it.
Finally pour whipped cream over it
Decorate with bunties or choclate bits .
Keep in teh fridge for atleast 6or 7 hrs

Rasmalai receipe

1 cup powdered milk
1 egg
1 tsp. oil
1 tsp. baking powder

1 liter milk
6 tbs. sugar
1 green cardamom (Chhoti Ilaichi)
1 tbs. chopped pistachio (Pistay)
1/2 tsp. Kewra essence

Mix together the ingredients into a dough and form into small oval, slightly flattened balls. Meanwhile boil the milk with sugar and ilaichi seeds. When the milk starts to boil add the malai balls. When they start to swell up lower the heat and cook for 10 minutes. Just before removing from heat add kewra essence. Garnish with pista.
Chill and serve.

Serving: 24 pcs. for 8 to 10 persons.


1) Unsalted Butter: 1/2 cup.
2) Unsweetened or Dark Chocolate: 115 gm.
3) Brown Sugar (packed cup): 1.
4) White Sugar: 1/3 cup.
5) Eggs (large): 4.
6) Vanilla Essence: 1 tbsp.
7) Flour: 1 cup.
8) Salt: 1/4 tsp.
9) Whipped Cream: 1 cup.
10) Sliced Strawberries: 1 cup.

Grease and line 23cm (9 inch) square cake tin. Pre heat oven to 180c (350f).
In a large bowl placed over a saucepan of hot water (so base doesn't touch water), melt Butter and Chocolate, whisk till smooth. Whisk in Sugar (white and brown), Eggs and Vanilla Essence, add Flour and Salt. Pour batter into tin. Bake 20 mins, or till skewer through the centre comes out clean. Cool in pan.
Cut out four heart shapes with a cookie cutter. Split horizontally and sandwich the two cake halves with Whipped Cream and Strawberries. Garnish with dollops of Cream and Strawberry halves.

take a boul and make 1st layer wid candy biscuits 2nd layer custurd 3rd layer bananaz 4th layer cream then garnish walnuts and cocolate syrup.
