Drinks...

MEthod
1. Pour water in a heavy based large pan. Add tea leaves,salt, seeds of green cardamom and bicarbonate of soda.
2. Bring to boil reduce heat and simmer briskly for 45 minutes or until it reduces to 1\3 its quantity.
3. While it is still boiling pour in it about 2-3 cups of cold water or enough water to make four cups in all. Bring to boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat, strain and keep aside.
4. Boil the milk with ground cardamom over low heat. Pour prepared tea water (Qahwa) in the milk. Bring to boil, add salt and simmer for 3-5 minutes over low heat.
Remove from heat and pour into 6 cups.Pour 1 tablespoon of cream or malai. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of pistachio over it.
Flavor of the tea depends on the quality of the green tea leaves.


Kashmiri Chai/Green Tea / Subz Chai / Gulabi Chai
Ingredients

- 6 tsp. green tea leaves
- 15-20 seeds of green cardamom plus 1\2 tsp. ground cardamom
- 1\2 tsp. bicarbonate of soda
- 1\2 ltr. full cream milk
- Fresh cream ( malai)
- 6 tsp. ground pistachio
- 6 cups water
- salt to taste


Hot Chocolate Drink
Ingredients

- 175 g. semisweet chocolate, break into small pieces
- 2 1\2 cup heavy cream
- Pinch cinnamon
- Whipped cream


METHOD***
1. Melt chocolate pieces in a double boiler over hot water.
2. Add the cream and stirring constantly bring to boiling point.
3. Add the cinnamon and pour in 4 cups.
4. Top with whipped cream.

Aloha Fruit punch

Ingredients:
3/4 cup Water
2 tsp Ginger root, chopped
2 cups Guava juice
1 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
1 1/2 cup Pineapple, finely chopped
1 cup Sugar
3-4 cups Pineapple juice

Mixing instructions:

Add 1/4 cup water to ginger root. Boil 3 minutes and then Strain. Add the liquid to the guava, lemon and pineapple juices. Make syrup of sugar and remaining water. Cool. Combine with juices and pineapple. Chill thoroughly.

a very easy to make drink gud in summers but equally gud in winters as well... :)
take 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
half a glass ov sprite
shake it in a blender for 1 mint and
whola!!

boozer's delight
7-up - 1 glass
water- half a cup
caster sugar- 1 n a half Tbsp
lemon juice- 1tbsp
ice cubes- 5-6 (if u want more ice u can add )
green food colour mixed wid water- 3-4 drops
method: mix awl above in a juicer..blend well!! n enjoy ur chilled drink!! if u dont like lemon taste u can increase amount of sugar!

recipe.
1- 1 N 1\2 mug of flour
2- 3 eggs
3- 1 mug of sugar
4- 1\2 mug of oil
5- khajoor "as u like"
or mewa , almonds.
6-1 table spoon baking powder "levelled"
7-2 to 3 table spoon milk .

method
take a bowl n put flour in it."put khajoorz or other dry fruits in the flour"
then take the sugar n gring it n mix it in the flour.
then take anothe rbowl n beat the eggs in it n mix ii into flour'z batter wd spoon.
then put oil n start mixing wd it.
as batter leaves the bowl, stop mixing the oil.
then put milk in it" it is used for soften the cake.
NOTE: -b4 all the preprations for the cake, TAKE A DHAGCHEE N PUT THE LID ON IT N PUT IT ON THE LOWEST FLAME LIKE A PREHEATING.
THEN TAKE A APPROXIMATELY 10 INCHES MOULD N GREESE IT WD OIL N SPRINKLE dry flour in it. then put all the batter in the mould n tap it well.
PUT THE MOULD IN THE DAGCHEEZ N PUT THE LID ON IT WD THE LOWEST FLAME.
bake it atleast for 1 hour n 15 mins if all the dry fruits.
after the time , u can putoff lid n put a dry knief n check it, if it comes dry, its bake otherwise bake for soemtimes.
i bake it n its in my practice.
