egg fried rice

To give the perfect colour to egg fried rice like we get in the chinese restaurants,take 1 cup boiled rice,2 eggs,1 tsp salt,1/2 tsp black pepper and 1 1/2 tsp ajinomoto n a pinch of yellow food colour and some oil.
Beat the eggs with food colour well.then put them in a greased pan while stirring conmtinuously so that it gets scrambled....add rice,salt,black pepper and ajinomoto and cook as much as u desire.It will give the perfect yellow colour to egg and aroma to the egg fried rice.You can also add any vegetables u like.


soya souce


in the fried rice soya souce is used to change colour of rice into browm like pulao. its upto u if u like light colour than pulao then less amonut of souce or if u like dark colour then add as more as u wish .
