Garlic Mushroom

Ingredients :
• For marinating :-
• Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
• Ginger paste - 1 tbsp
• Mushrooms - 7 or 8 pcs
• Vinegar - 1 tbsp
• Chilies, chopped - 2
• For batter :-
• Refined flour - 100 gm
• Milk - 1/2 cup
• Water - 1/2 cup
• Salt to taste
• White pepper to taste
• Refined Oil to fry
• Few bread crumbs
Method :
• Take a bowl and put all the ingredients for marinating together.
• Leave it for at least 1 hour.
• In another bowl, make a smooth batter of milk, refined flour, water; add salt and pepper to taste.
• Take a mushroom; dip in the batter and then coat with bread crumbs, and then again dip in batter and again coat with bread crumbs and then deep fry it till brown in color.
• Repeat the same process with the remaining mushrooms and put them on tissue paper or kitchen towel to drain the excess oil.
• Serve it with sauce
