Home style Garlic & pepper bread

Thick bread loaf (do not buy the pre-sliced ones off supermarket counters)
Garlic - 1-2 bigcloves (for those who prefer a strong garlicky flavour)
Garlic paste - 1/4 teaspoon
Freshly ground pepper corns - 1/2 teaspoon
Butter - to taste

Warm the butter in a skillet. Finely chop the garlic cloves and toss them in. Add the garlic paste. Lightly toss till garlic lets out a warm fragrance. Add salt to taste and ground pepper.

Cut the bread into thick slices. Smear the butter mixture lightly on both sides and toast on pan.

Serve with oregano and tomato ketchup.
