Lasagne with Meat Sauce


Minced Meat(Mutton/Beaf) 1 Kg
Onion 1(LargeChopped)
Garlic Paste 3 Tbsp
Bay Leaves 4-5
Tomatoes 5-6 small
Salt 1 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 1/2 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Sugar 1 Tbsp
Cheddar Cheese(grated) 170g
Mozerrella Cheese(grated) 170g
Tomatoe Paste 1 can(small)
Lasagne strips 1 packet
Oil 1/2 cup

Heat oil in a pan, saute onion, garlic paste and bay leaves for few minutes. Add meat and fry for few minutes untill water dries, then add salt, red chilli, sugar and oregano and fry for few minutes. Add tomatoes and cook for few minutes till meat is cooked.

Boil water in a large pan and boil lasgne in it, with a little salt and oil. When lasagne strips are cooked, strain and drain them and spread them out seperately with little oil on them, so that they don't stick together.

Greese an oven proof dish and make a layer of lasagne srtips. Then put tomatoe paste on it and spred it out. Then put a layer of meat sauce and sprinkle both the cheese generously, in this way make three layers. Cover the third layer with lasagne strips and tomatoe sauce and meat on the top as well, sprinkle both the cheese generously on the top layer.

Put the dish in a pre heated oven for
20-25 min on 180 degress. Lasagne is ready!!
