*~Mushroom Kurkure~*

INGREDIENTS:
1) Mushrooms (big): 8 pieces.
2) Khoya (thickened milk): 25 gms.
3) Cheese (grated): 25 gms.
4) Red Capsicum: 10 gms.
5) Yellow Capsicum: 10 gms.
6) Green Capsicum: 10 gms.
7) Green Chillies: 5 gms.
8) Ginger: 5 gms.
9) Salt: to taste.
10) Black Pepper: 2 gms.
11) Cornflour: 150 gms.
12) Maida: 50 gms.
13) Zeera: 2 gms.
14) Water: 100 ml.
15) Oil: 300 ml.

PREPARATION:
Wash and clean the Mushrooms. Mix all the ingredients with Grated Cheese, Khoya and Vegetables (cut in small cubes), and mix it well. Make a batter of Cornflour and Maida with Water in a 2:1 ratio.
Now, add the Mushrooms to the Vegetable and Khoya mixture. Dip in the batter and deep fry.
Serve hot with Mint Sauce.
