Pita Chicken

1/2 tsp Chinese salt
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 ½ tbsp paprika
2 tbsp Soya sauce
2 chicken breast pieces, chopped in cubes
2 tsp garlic paste
2 tbsp hot peri peri sauce
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2-3 tbsp tomatoes, cubed
4 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp oil
4 tbsp cucumber, cubed
Lettuce, chopped

Marinate chicken in all the above ingredients except vegetables and mayonnaise for about two to three hours. Fry till it becomes tender and crispy. Cut pita bread from the top. Fill it with chicken pieces, vegetables, peri peri sauce and mayonnaise.
