russian chicken sandwich

Bread 6-8 slices
Mayonnaise - 3 Tbsp
Shredded/Grated Cheese - 2 Tbsp
Grated carrot - 2 Tbsp
Chicken (boiled & shredded)
Pepper powder to taste
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt (not required but upto taste)

First toast all the bread slices on a pan - Non stick pan will be best and keep it aside. Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl. Spoon in mixture onto each bread slice. Lay in 2 slices on top of each other with mixture inside. Again put it on the pan to reheat and to let the cheese melt a little.
Cut in triangle and serve hot.
