For Filling

Mashed potatoes 2 cups
Cooked green peas 1/2 cup
Chopped green coriander leaves 2 tbsp.
Dry fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp.
Aniseed 2 tbsp.
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp.
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp.
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp.
Ginger paste 1 tsp.
Chopped green chilli 2
Chopped onions 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp.

For Samosa Dough

Refined flour 1 cup
Ghee 1/3 cup
Baking powder 1/4 tsp.
Salt 1/4 tsp.
Cold water about 1/4 cup


1. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and green chilli and fry over medium heat, until light brown.

2. Add green peas, ginger paste, chopped green coriander leaves, fenugreek leaves, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, turmeric powder, aniseed and salt. Fry for 2 minutes.

3. Add mashed potatoes and stir. Fry for about 5-6 minutes. Switch off the gas.

4. For the dough, first sieve the flour and then add salt, baking powder and ghee into it. Mix well.

5. Add cold water and knead into a smooth dough.

6. Keep the dough for half an hour, covered with wet cloth. Then knead it once again.

7. Make small balls of almost equal size and roll out the balls to approximately five inches in diameter. Cut the circle in half and each half makes one samosa.

8. Shape it into a cone and stuff it with the potato filling. Apply water on the edges and seal the edges.

9. Heat oil in a deep frying pan / kadhai on high. Deep fry the samosas on medium heat until golden brown.

*Serve hot with green chutney!!

Green chutney


Green coriander leaves 1 cup
Green chilli 2
Ginger 1/4 inch
Lemon juice 2 tbsp.
Salt to taste


1. Grind coriander leaves, ginger and green chilli together.
2. If the paste is too thick, add little water.
3. Then add lemon juice and salt. Mix well.

Chicken Fajita Pizza

Pizza Dough:
meda 2 cups
sugar 1 tsp
yeast 2 tbsp
egg 1
milk powder 1 tbsp
salt 1 tsp
oil 2 tbsp

mix all the ingredients in meda n kneed well with luke warm water.keep in air tight bowl for 2 hours.

Pizza Sauce:
tomatoes 1 pao
ketchup 1 cup
onion 1 medium
oil 1 tbsp
garlic 1/2 tsp
salt 1/4 tsp
red chili powder 1/2 tsp
chineese salt 1/2 tsp
origeno podwer 1/2 tsp
thyme powder 1/2 tsp
black pepper 1 tsp
vinegar 1 tbsp

put all ingredients in pan except ketcuhp, thyme and oregano and cook well.remove from heat and put hetchup, thyme and oregano in cooked mixture and blend well.

chicken breast pasandey 1 pao
salt 1/2 tsp
white pepper 1/2 tsp
white zeera 1/2 tsp
ginger+garlic paste 1 tsp
wauster sauce 1 tbsp

marinade chicken with all these spices and fry after 1/2 hour.

Greese the pizza pan now make a thick chapati of dough and set in pizza pan.spread pizza sauce and then put prepared chicken in small pieces.
u can use diff toppings also like u can add capsicum, spring onion, tomato slices.put cheddar cheese in the end and bake for 20-30 minutes on 180 degree.oven should be pre-heated
