Strawberry Cheesecake ...

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 chopped cup pecans
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (8-ounce) container frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed (or 3 cups sweetened whipped cream)
3 cups strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup granulated sugar
In a bowl combine flour, melted butter, brown sugar, and finely chopped pecans. Mix well and press in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 400°F (205°C) for 15 minutes. Cool.
Combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Mix well. Fold in non-dairy whipped topping. Spread over the pie crust leaving the edges slightly higher than the center. Chill for 4 hours or more.
Toss sliced strawberries with sugar. Spoon atop indivdiual servings. Refrigerate any leftovers.
Makes 8 servings.
white sause
Take about 2-3 Tbsp all purpose flour & a lil butter in a pan and cook till the flour changes colour and then add about 1 1/2 cup milk..a lil salt & pepper and boil till the sauce thickens.. I sometimes add a lil cheese aswell & it tastes yummy.. Good Luck
after making white sauce u require some bhona hova qeema and lasania strips.they r available in the market.
boil these strips and after boiling sieve them.take a long dish in a rectangular shape and place a layer of these strips.then put a layer of qeema and chilli garlic sauce or ketchup(as u like) on it. sprinkle some chili.spread whit sauce on this layer and cheese.

BUT CHEESE SHOULD BE ON THE TOP microwave it for 15 minutes and enjoy lasania
