Ingredients :
• Brinjal -1
• Sambar powder - 1 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Oil
Method :
• Cut brinjal in oval shape as thin pieces. Add salt, sambar powder in it and marinate for 10 minutes.
• Fry it in low flame. Tasty brinjal fry is ready.
• Goes well with rice
