simple take any brand of briyanni masala packet
fallow the instructions
u have delesious birriyani
( i try natioal briyaani , national bombay brriyani and also shan brriyani its al too tastey )

maza na aya then let me inform i will tell u the traditional method too

Chicken Biryani


rice 1/2 kg
chicken 1/2 kg
tomatoes 1 pao (cut in small pices)
curd 1/2 pao
ginger garlic paste 2 tblsp
brown onion 2 tblsp
salt 2tblsp
red chilli powder 2 tblsp
coriander poweder 1 tsp
all spice powder 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
oil 1/2 cup

heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken lil add ginger garlic, curd, and all dry ingredients.add tomatoes when chicken is tendered.cook well until chicken and tomatoes are fully tendered.add brown onion, 6-8 green chillies, mint and coriander leaves according to ur taste.mix well and remove from heat.

now boil rice in plane water.add 3 tsp in a pan put some chicken curry and then put boiled rice.make another layer like this.add half glass water is curry is very dry.disolve yellow color in little water and pour on ric layers.keep for dum for 15 mins.

rice 1/2 kg apporx
meat/chicken/beaf 1/2 kg approx.
ginger,garlic(chopped) 4 tbsp
onion (normal size) 3or4
tomato(chopped) 4 or 5
yougard 1/4 cup
salt add to taste
red chilli 1 tsp
turmeric 1/4 tsp
coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala (sabat) 2 gms (to taste)
bay leaf (taez paat) 3 or 4
plum (khusk aalo bukhara ) 4 or 6


boil rice with simple method but add sabat garam masala and tez paat with salt in water( it gives enhance ur taste)
1.just sotay onion slices in oil .
2.add chicken in it and let it brown .
3.add ginger garlic and let them light brown.
4.add salt, red chili, turmeric, coriander powder , PLUM, garm masala (zera,elachi,dar chinni, long,kali mirch ) u can also add its powder in curry.
5.then add tomatos.
and cover it 4 10 mins and low hight.
6.add yougurt and let its water to dry.
7.add fresh mint and coriander green chillies chopped .
8.trun off the heat.
9. make layers of cyrry and rice
10. garinsh it with yellow colour and Brown onions .cover it let 10 to 15 min on very low heat ( dam per rehany do )
