Cheese Omelette Recipe

Ingredients
• 2 eggs
• 2 teaspoons butter or margarine
• 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
• Salt (optional)
• Pepper (optional)

Preparation
Crack eggs into small bowl and beat using fork. Put an 8-inch skillet over medium-high heat and melt butter. Quickly pour eggs into skillet when butter is sizzling and has coated the bottom of the skillet. Rapidly slide skillet back and forth over heat, stirring eggs continuously with fork so they spread over the bottom of skillet. When eggs have thickened, let sit over burner for 50-10 seconds. Remove from heat and sprinkle cheese over eggs in pan. Carefully fold one edge of omelette to the center, then turn skillet onto plate and fold other edge over. Salt and pepper to taste.
