SALAD DRESSING's..

HONEY ORANGE SALAD DRESSING
3/4 cups plain yogurt
1/4 cup honey
1/8 cup frozen orange concentrate, thawed
1/8 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon freshly grated orange rind
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon freshly grated ginger

Combine all ingredients. Place in a nonmetallic container in the refrigerator. Can be stored for two days.
Serve a 1 ounce portion over fresh fruit in salads, or over pound cake.


VEGETABLE SALAD DRESSING

2 cucumbers
2 bunches green onions
2 or 3 stalks celery
1/2 bell pepper
1/3 c. vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
1 qt. salad dressing

Heat vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. In large mixing bowl, mix chopped vegetables. Add vinegar mixture. Add salad dressing. Mix well. Refrigerate. Keeps well refrigerated. Serve over garden salad.
