Ingredients :

chicken 1/2 kg boneless
oil 1 cup
chinese salt 1/2 tspn
salt 1/2 tspn
chilli powder 1/2 tspn
garlic powder 1/2 tspn
ginger powder 1/2 tspn
tomato ketchup 1 cup


1-Heat half off the oil and fry the chicken in it till the chicken is done.
2-remove the chicken from oil when it is more than half done.
3- mix ginger and garlic in the rest off the oil and fry it.
4-add the rest of ingredients and add ketchup in it. bring the contents to boil.
5-add the chicken and simmer for 3 minutes.
6-serve with boil rice
