Chicken nuggets

• bone less chicken ( 2-3 cups )
• salt ( according to taste )
• white pepper ( 1 tea spoon )
• mustard powder (1/2 spoon )
• sugar ( 1 table spoon )
• corn flour ( 1 table spoon )
• Maida ( 2 table spoons )
• Chicken cube ( ½ cube but its optional )
• White sesame seeds ( 2 table spoons)
• 1 egg
• bread crumbs
• oil for frying

Method

Bone less chicken k 1 ½ inches k cubes kaat lain ya aandazay say chotay chotay pieces ker lain. Then marinate it with salt, white pepper or black, mustard,
Sugar, corn flour , maida, sesame seeds and a small piece of chicken cube but crush chicken cube with ur fingers so that its in powder form. Put this marinated chicken in fridge for at least 1 hour ( I keep it for 3-4 hours ). Beat egg. when u take it out of the fridge then dip each piece first in egg and then coat it with bread crumbs. If u want its crust to be thick and more crispy then after rolling it crumbs dip it again in egg and then again roll it in crumbs. Then put it back in fridge for at least 1 hour. This will make crumbs stick well with the chicken pieces. Then take them out and deep fry them till they r golden brown. Serve it with ketchup or chilli garlic sauce. When u try this recipe, do let me know whether u liked it or not. If u want it spicy then u can add 1 ½ table spoon of chilli sauce.

Chicken nuggets walay chicken ko crush nahee kerna. Rather knorr chicken cubes ju miltay hain, ju k eik box mian 2 cubes hotay hain tu on main sy 1 cube ka half lay ker crush it with fingers by pressing it between them or chop it with knife so that its in powder form. Then add that powdered chicken cube along with other ingredients to marinate bone less chicken nuggets. But its not a very important ingredient k jis k baghair nuggets bun na sakain. So if its available easily then dd it otherwise don’t add it. I hope aab samajh a gaya ho ga. If there s still any confusion, feel free to ask me.

Add sesame seeds as they are. Don’t powder them. Coz in whole form they r more visible and sticking on nuggets they look nice.
